All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, there may be occasional stock discrepancies. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will ship the available products and inform you about the backordered item. You can then choose to wait for restocking or request a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase and is non-refundable.
Delivery Timeline
We dispatch all orders via a trusted logistics partner. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email with tracking details, including the courier service and docket number. You can also track your order in the ‘Orders’ section of your Digital Hub 365 account.
Delivery Confirmation & Issues
If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not actually received your order, please report the issue to us within 48 hours. We cannot accommodate complaints after this period.
Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and inform our customer support team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence and appears damaged upon inspection, contact us right away for further assistance.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible, and our Refund Policy will apply.
