Placing an Order

We reserve the right to reject an order under the following circumstances:

- The order does not meet our eligibility criteria
- The delivery location is outside our serviceable areas.
Order Acceptance Policy

Your order is confirmed only when we send shipping details. If we are unable to fulfill part of your order, we will issue a refund or store credit for the unshipped items.
Pricing & Charges
- Product prices are listed exclusive of GST, which will be calculated at checkout.
- Additional charges, such as logistics, COD, or gift-wrapping fees, may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We have partnered with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery times range from 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (excluding holidays).
Important Delivery Information
- All orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- If your delivery address is incorrect, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times and may contact you for scheduling.
- You may provide a different shipping address than your billing address at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order through the ‘Track My Order’ section on our website. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account or contacting our support team at help.digitalhub365@gmail.com.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may receive a refund only after returning the product in its original unused and undamaged condition, including all tags.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4-5 working days.
